Experienced boilermakers needed now

Manpower has opportunities for ongoing workshop roles as well as shutdown work in the Hunter Valley for suitably experienced boilermakers

Workshop roles
Rutherford – $37.60/hr casual
Fabrication welding, marking cutting out – must have trade certificate.
Working on underground mining equipment, roof chocks, longwall systems.
EWP Safe Work at Heights Confined Space, first aid tickets well regarded.
First day will involve a basic weld test on our client’s site and successful applicants will progress to casual employment with Manpower
Rutherford – $34.96/hr casual
Fabrication welding, marking cutting out – must have trade certificate.
Working on underground mining equipment, roof chocks, longwall systems.
Experience with MiG and tig, heavy fabrication and the ability to read, interpret and follow engineering drawings. Must be able to work unsupervised and be available for immediate start.
To be considered for these positions with Manpower you will be required to meet the following criteria:
Trade Qualifications – Certificate of Proficiency
Excellent standards of reliability and timeliness and a good attitude are a must.
Ability to work to time constraints without reduction in quality of work while still maintaining strict Safety Standards Procedures.
Ability to pass pre-employment/random Drug Alcohol Screening.
Those applicants with experience working in heavy industrial environments such as the Mining Rail Industries, OEM or with additional licences such as SWAH, OH crane, EWP, first aid, site inductions /or OHS White card / Green card will be highly regarded their application given priority consideration.

Variety of sites around the Singleton area, requiring mine-site-experienced inducted boilermakers
MUST have current Xstrata induction Coal Board Medical and be able to provide referees able to assist provide evidence of experience
